Couple's perfect retreat

Breakfast was excellent. Staff very attentive and very friendly. They were able to make food for us separately due to dietary requirements, without any issue at all. It was an experience, that morning coffee while gazing out the window at the peaceful surroundings was surreal. The room was a spacious one bedroom suite, just what we needed for some quality time together.

It wasn’t cheap, but you know what? It was worth every penny.

I loved how the gym was small but had just enough equipment for my workout routine while traveling, and the breakfast was a nice way to start my day. The outdoor pool area was relaxing and the rooftop space offered amazing views for unwinding. The only hiccup was the limited availability of twin rooms, which made things a bit uncomfortable for my friends, but overall, it was a great stay! 😊

Waking up to the energizing buzz of city life was delightful. The staff's warmth made us feel right at home, truly a welcoming place for a family getaway.

However, the bathroom could have been cleaner, and we found the sink a tad small for our needs, especially with a family in tow.

I enjoyed my stay at Hyatt House, where the exceptionally clean Twin Studio offered ample space. The staff's warmth, especially Mr Blessings, made me feel at home.

Our stay was delightful! The upper floors offered breathtaking views, and the open, sunny atmosphere made for a perfect retreat. Staff were exceptionally friendly, making us feel right at home. Take advantage of the lovely rooftop terrace for sunset drinks! Just be cautious if walking out at night.

Had a solid time here! The place is super cozy with a nice setup – big fridge and even a washing machine. Staff was really friendly, especially Refiloe and Lesego. They made dining a treat with their attentiveness. Just wish the TV had more channels, but that's minor. Overall, a comfy spot for sure!

I had a decent stay with tasty breakfast options, but I was disappointed with the long wait for our order. The eggs took 45 to 60 minutes and came out wrong!
